This course is designed to give you the tools to form creative habits – a powerful mix of discipline, self-care and connection that will feed the desire for a purpose-filled life.

Working with Julia Cameron’s hugely influential book, The Artist’s Way, we will look at ways for you to:

Embody Self-Care

  • Uncover and address creative blocks and inhibitions
  • Break out of limiting assumptions and self-critical thinking
  • Free yourself to be more intentional, curious, and reflective
