This course is designed to give you the tools to form creative habits – a supportive mix of routine, self-care and connection to sustain the desire for a purpose-filled life.
Reading into Julia Cameron’s influential book,
The Artist’s Way, we will explore ways to:
Embrace Practice

- Introduce a creative mindset into your daily routine
- Practice affirming approaches to creative regeneration
- Make time to explore your intuition without judgment
- Support creative impulses with planning, structure and care
Affirm Self-Care

- Find mentors in examples of masters past and present
- Uncover and address creative blocks and inhibitions
- Break out of limiting assumptions and self-critical thinking
- Free yourself to be more intentional, curious, and reflective
Discover and Connect

- Share your ideas, discoveries, and progress in a supportive space
- Learn how other artists find and nurture inspiration
- Become more receptive to new experiences and observations
- Develop a personal sense of artistic authenticity (voice)
Course Structure

- Weekly online classes via Google Meet in cohorts of no more than 12
- One-on-one appointments offered with flexible scheduling
- Readings, tasks and acts of attention for you to complete each week
Schedule

- April 21 – July 14, 2026:
- 12 weekly sessions, with a catch-up week at mid-term
- One-on-one appointments at mid-term and another interval of your choosing.
Fees

- Founder’s Rate of $650 for:
- Twelve 150-minute group sessions
- Two 45-minute one-on-one sessions
- Access to a teaching space featuring course recordings and resources
